Rooted in 1888
Villa Lysvoll was built around 1888 for English salmon anglers who travelled to Stryn to fish its renowned rivers. With close access to the best fishing spots, the villa became a comfortable base in the heart of nature.
Stryn’s fjords, mountains, and rivers attracted international guests and adventurers from early on. Today, Villa Lysvoll continues this tradition as a historic base for sport fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing, and other outdoor experiences.
